Amy Lewis found FlingGolf after a summer of personal difficulty and loss in late 2023. She quickly embraced the sport and became a champion by winning the women's division in the 2024 New Swarm Classic. Delaney Lantz, Mike Edwards, and Zac Mulvey join FOTF to preview the 2024 Keystone Classic - the very first WLF event to reach full capacity! Delaney, Mike, and Zac discuss their favorite holes at Spring Valley and Pine Hill, give away as few hints and secrets about the courses as they can, and provide a backdrop to how the event has quickly grown from idea to regional tournament to WLF Tour stop #3 for 2024.

Tim Durr may be relatively new to FlingGolf, but owns top finishes in both individual and doubles events so far in 2024. Hailing from Pennsylvania, Tim is co-captain of Chaos FC; he's currently based in North Carolina, moving there in the last year from Delaware. He's learned from the best, including Austin while in DE and now Sam in NC, among others (basically the individuals on Titans, Chaos, and Dark Horse).

Tim talks about his golf background, his broadcast/journalism experience, US state preferences, and his new venture, FlingGolf Theory on YouTube, which takes viewers "deeper into the growing sport of FlingGolf to showcase rules, techniques, tips, tricks, and additional content."

Paul "Bulldog" Barran joins the podcast to preview the upcoming Britain's Cup competition, hosted in Bournemouth, England on June 7-8. Paul discusses his family, how one of his sons came across FlingGolf, the origin of the UK vs USA competition, and much more.
