  • The Binding of Satan
The sermon interprets Revelation 20 through an amillennial lens, arguing that the binding of Satan occurred at Christ's first coming rather than a future literal millennium. It explains that this spiritual restraint prevents Satan from deceiving the nations, thereby enabling the global spread of the gospel during the church age. The preacher emphasizes that while Satan remains active in opposition, his power to stop the salvation of God's elect is nullified by Christ's authority. This theological perspective serves to encourage bold evangelism and missionary work, assuring believers that the mission cannot fail because Jesus is currently reigning from heaven. Ultimately, the message calls for confidence in the gospel's success and urgency in sharing it with all peoples.

This sermon explores the dual narratives of Jairus and the bleeding woman in Mark chapter five to illustrate the nature of genuine faith. The message encourages listeners to move beyond mere proximity to Christ toward a deep, active faith that trusts His mercy even in hopeless situations. Ultimately, the sermon asserts that all things are ultimately healed through faith in Jesus, pointing to the future restoration of God's kingdom.

  • What's the Difference?
As they wander through the wilderness, deprived of normal sources of water and food, the Israelites continue wrestling with God and His plan for them. This is not the liberated existence they envisioned. Feeling the frailty of their bodies and the uncertainty of their future, they repeatedly grumble and complain against Moses and against the Lord. And God repeatedly and distinctly provides for them. He gives them miraculous bread from heaven and sanctified rest from labor. He prescribes Sabbath rest whereby they are to do no work on the last day of the week but are simply to rest and receive from the provisions of the previous day. It will be a holy, set apart day for them to reflect on the difference of living life by the provisions of God alone rather than by their own efforts. Once again, it all points forward to the ultimate provision of God through Christ, from whom we receive for our souls, both bread, spiritual sustenance (Jn 6) and relief, spiritual rest (Heb 4) for our souls.

  • The Final Phases of This Age | Israel, the Gentiles, Judgment, and the Coming Kingdom
In this message, Pastor Brandon Holthaus concludes Jesus' Mystery Kingdom parables by examining the Hidden Treasure, the Pearl of Great Price, the Dragnet, and the Householder. Discover how these final parables reveal God's ongoing plan for Israel, His calling out of believing Gentiles during the Church Age, the coming Judgment of the Nations, and the establishment of Christ's Messianic Kingdom. This study explains why the Hidden Treasure represents Israel's believing remnant, why the Pearl of Great Price pictures Gentile believers, how the Net points to the future separation of the righteous from the wicked at Christ's return, and how the Householder summarizes God's entire Kingdom program. You'll also see how these parables fit together with Romans 11, Acts 15, Micah 5, Daniel 7, Revelation 17, and Matthew 25 to reveal the prophetic roadmap leading to the Second Coming. If you want to understand God's prophetic plan for Israel, the Church, the Gentile nations, and the Kingdom, this message ties these crucial passages together into one cohesive biblical picture. • The Eternal Glory of Christ
The sermon expounds on John 17, focusing on Christ's declaration that He has finished the work of redemption given by the Father. It emphasizes that salvation is entirely accomplished by Jesus' obedience, leaving no room for human merit or contribution to justification. The preacher highlights the covenant of redemption, illustrating how Christ's humiliation and subsequent exaltation serve primarily to glorify God rather than merely benefit humanity. Believers are encouraged to find assurance in the certainty of this finished work and to adopt a motive of glorifying God in all their service. Ultimately, the message points to the future hope of beholding Christ's glory in eternity as the fulfillment of eternal life.

  • Staying or Departing
The sermon explores the Apostle Paul's tension in Philippians between the desire to depart and be with Christ and the need to remain in the flesh for the benefit of the church. It contrasts the believer's gain in death, defined as a release from sin and entry into the beatific vision, with the ungodly's loss. The preacher emphasizes that Christian life is labor rather than leisure, citing Paul's sufferings and imprisonment as evidence of fruitful ministry. Additionally, the message critiques the selfishness of remote worship during the pandemic, affirming the necessity of corporate gathering for spiritual progress. Ultimately, it encourages believers to trust God's sovereignty over their times while finding joy in both service and future glory.
