Andy has been working as a scout for 8 years now and has great experience in finding talent in the area. This episode covers what goes on in the world of recruitment from teams in the premiership. This is a really interesting listen and a must for all players and parents to understand what scouts are looking at, trust me its not just what they do on the pitch nowadays.
A really interesting conversation with Matt Hodgson who is in charge of all youth and adult football for females in Devon. He explained the work that goes on from the Weetabix Wildcats for 4-6 year old's through to Walking football for the over 60's.

This episode we heard from the managers of the 1st team and the development team and current player Lydia on the vision they have at the club. We also covered the pathway they have put in place for girls to progress in the area.
Buckland Athletic Woman - Our first episode looks at what the female game looks like from the eyes of some of the coaching staff and players views. This was a great experience to hear about the positive work Buckland are doing and what the future looks like.
