Hit reset and connect with the person you’re becoming. In this session we use box breathing, guided visualization/hypnosis, and practical CBT/ACT tools to build a vivid, two-year vision of your future self—then translate it into small, daily actions.

What you’ll learn:

  • How feeling connected to your future self improves motivation, decisions, and resilience.
  • A quick box breathing protocol to shift into focus and calm.
  • A structured Future-Self audit across six domains: identity/values, work, relationships, health, growth/learning, lifestyle/environment.
  • How to write a letter from your future self to your present self (and use a 60-second “morning snippet”).
  • A short, repeatable 3–5 minute visualization to rehearse your future self’s morning and behaviors.
  • Why consistent mental rehearsal supports neuroplasticity and emotional regulation.

Includes:

  • Step-by-step journaling prompts
  • On-session guided future-self hypnosis (two-year focus)
  • A simple daily practice you can do in minutes
