Your future self has a message for you today: you don't have to figure it out to release it.
In this episode, she walks you through the simplest thing you can do in the moment that pain shows up. Place your hand over your heart. Take a breath. And say, I'm ready to release this. Help me let it go.
That's it. That's where it starts.
You don't have to pick it apart. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to forgive perfectly or move on all at once. There are layers to this. You release one, you breathe, you live a little lighter, and when the next layer surfaces, you release that one too.
The heaviness you're carrying is skewing your view. It's the lens through which everything else passes. And you know in your body whether you're holding on to be right about something, or whether you're just ready to put it down.
You can put it down.
You don't need it. It was never yours to keep.
