“There can never be enough positive feedback,” says Mervi Pänkäläinen, CEO of Mightifier. Mightifier is an app that fosters healthy relationships between students, as well as their teachers. It's an app 'through which kids can learn to master their social and emotional skills.'

According to Pänkäläinen, bullying has decreased as a result of young pupils and teachers using the application - which has been internationally recognised and won several awards in categories of design and product innovation.
