  • [Meditation] Breath and Surrender (Music by AmmonEP)
    Tranquility by way of humility.
This weeks' meditation focuses on surrendering to the Universe, rather than fighting against it. While it is true that we make our own way in this world, it is also true that things happen to us that are beyond our control. Embracing the intended and the unintended creates space for Understanding and Compassion for ourselves, and for others.

  • [Meditation] "Neither Sword, Nor Shield"(Music by The Human Experience)
In this meditation, we are seeking to align our selves with peacefulness. The world can be such an angry place, and it is easy to become swept up in hostility for those with whom we do not agree. Yet, agreement with all peoples, is not prerequisite to Love for all peoples. Listening can cultivate understanding, and understanding can bridge great divides between hearts without detriment to either party. To be in peace, is to be more open to life and its many lessons.
