Danny Seals tries not to limit himself to job titles and areas, but if asked, his niche tends to be in and around OD ranging from onboarding, right the way through to culture design. Danny constantly challenges the norm by creating unique bespoke learning experiences.

His approach can be from very simple to very 'outside the box', blending various technologies ranging from Chatbots to commercial/social media tools, along with design thinking, sprints and Learnathon to really understand the business and users.

Danny firmly believes in working agile with a fail-fast mindset, it allows him to not only define and solve the business problem while also allowing him to do this in a way with the users and their expectations and experiences in mind.

Danny has worked on various community programs which aid in giving young adults the skills, behaviours, and social awareness to thrive in the modern day working environment. This can also be seen in the various work experience, apprenticeship, and graduate programs he has developed throughout his working career.

Danny will always approach a problem with the user experience in the forefront of his mind.
