(Ep.004) In this episode we discuss the different aspects of fatherhood from multiple different perspectives. We present our experiences from all different angles such as The single father, The divorced Father, and The married father’s perspective. 

We explain the joy’s of fatherhood and how much becoming fathers have impacted our lives. While also divulging the trials and tribulations that come with all the forms of fatherhood as well. 

Being a father is a privilege that we’re thankful for everyday, and one that we do not take for granted. We want to spotlight and honor all of the current and upcoming fathers on the amazing job they continue to do day in and day for their families.

Building confidence requires a combination of self-awareness, positive mindset, courage, and consistent effort. It's about understanding your strengths and weaknesses, believing in your abilities, facing challenges head-on, and continuously striving to improve yourself. Confidence also grows through experience, learning from both successes and failures, and surrounding yourself with supportive people who encourage and uplift you. 

Identifying your insecurities involves a lot of introspection and reflection.

Finding the root causes of exactly what your insecurities are and being honest with yourself about them. Identifying the triggers to understand exactly what is it that is causing them so you can begin the process of improving on them. 

We have an honest conversation about what confidence looks like vs what insecurities look like, while giving examples of our personal experiences that helped us.

In most cases we stereotype people without even realizing that we're doing it. Sometimes it can be unintentional while other times we're very aware that we're doing it.

There are so many different forms of stereotyping. In this episode we analyze the different forms of stereotyping and the thought process that goes into it.
