Somewhere between "overqualified" and "not a culture fit," an entire generation quietly got filed under "no longer relevant," and nobody even had the decency to say it to their face.

The two get into it — the very specific flavour of ageism that hits women a decade before it hits men, and why "seasoned" apparently means something different depending on gender. Quite frankly Gen X are saying 'We are too old for this shit! Period!'
