Coconino County Manager, Andy Bertelsen, visits The Jeff Kennedy Show to discuss the FY26 Property Taxes and the County Budget. County Manager Bertelsen covers the basics and discusses why property taxes are a key part of funding the County's FY26 budget. Bertelsen discusses Truth in Taxation and some residents will be seeing small increase in taxes, and residents will see slight increases in the Public Health and Flood Control District taxes, and what causes the increases. The public hearing is scheduled for June 24th with the Board of Supervisors.
