When I'm feeling tense, tight, stressed out - you know what I check first?


I check to see if I'm breathing.  10 times out of 10 I'm not.


Which is pretty silly, considering I talk an awful lot about breathing!


And today I talk even more about breathing. What happens when we don't, and why it's so darn important to do it.
