This conversation is your spring reset and a moment to pause, check in, and get real with yourself.
We start with awareness. What was your word this year? Do you remember? Are you aligned with it… or have you drifted?
From there, we move into growth and what it actually requires.
I share what I’m currently stepping into with signing up for a 5K. Not because I can’t run… but because it challenges me in a new way mentally. That edge, that resistance, that voice — it’s real. And it’s the same place so many of you find yourselves when stepping into something new.
We talk about hormesis — the idea that we have to stress the body (and mind) to grow.
And the concept of a “Misogi” — choosing one thing each year that pushes you outside your comfort zone and expands who you are.
Because growth doesn’t happen in what’s comfortable… it happens when you lean in.
We also tap into the power of visualization — learning to see where you’re going before you get there. Your body can’t move toward something it hasn’t been shown. You have to create that vision first, clearly and intentionally.
This is about reconnecting, challenging yourself, and remembering what you’re capable of.
You’re not starting from scratch…
you’re stepping into your next level this Spring, let's do this!
hugs, G
