As a mom I had reached my tired point and needed to get back into balance so I could stop being a Momster! So I decided to fast! Juicing, hardly any solid food, no meat, no carbs, no fish, no dairy just lots and lots of fruits and veggies. What showed up? VULNERABILITY ooo me vulnerable noooo!? lol putting it all out there growing and progressing even more.
