G-Phi Radio

While continuing our Sixers rally song discussion, the topic of representing Philly comes up. Having pride for Philly comes in many forms. From the neighborhood we live in to the ingredients on our cheesesteak. To those tourists visiting our great city. Observe, stay in your lane and STFU. These words of advice could save your life.

Orrie Hicks of the TKO Podcast gives his keys to the Sixers winning the championship within the next three years. Does it start with the big 3? Are there other factors needed for the team to finally win it all?

The team along with Orrie Hicks of the TKO Podcast discuss the prices for playoff tickets and who will win the Sixers/Hawks series. Mr. GPS is on speed dial in case the 76ers need to get a lil' chippy with the Hawks.

Our sports correspondent from the TKO Podcast Orrie Hicks gives us his opinion on the Sixers/Hawks series that's in progress. Do we match up well with the Hawks? Will Joel Embiid play the whole series with his knee issue? Will Trae Young be contained? We discuss it all. GO SIXERS!!!

Howard University has been making things happen. They recently announced renaming the College of Fine Arts after the late alum Chadwick Boseman. We congratulate the university for honoring the great actor. How will this impact the students?

While in the middle of the show, Mr. Cortez is told that the in-laws are on the way to his house. Will Mr.Cortez break out the grill for them? Will he make a mad dash to the market or just order something?

With all the talk about Steak 48, the team started thinking about alternatives. How can you get a five-star meal at a one-star price?

The Philly restaurant Steak 48 has received criticism lately concerning their $100 minimum policy. Is it because of the pandemic hitting the restaurant hard or is their an underlying reason? What would be a restaurant alternative? Texas Roadhouse? Longhorn Steakhouse?

Mars/Wrigley is suing weed for trademark infringement and seeking a permanent injunction on sales of any products using their likeness? What can be done to protect kids?

We hear quite often the blessing of a new home or office. In Odessa, Texas, a recently opened business named Boomtown Beverages has been blessed by GOD. Does this blessing seem odd to the team? We congratulate and wish you all the success you deserve. Can Mr.GPS lay his hands upon Roger Wilco for continued prosperity? How about recruiting Mr.GPS to be a part of the RW team?
