Hilke Schellmann, an investigative journalist and professor at New York University, is the author of the book, "The Algorithm." Schellemann says AI has invaded the workplace, calling the evolving phenomenon "the next civil rights issue of our time.” Previously, Rose talked with Dan Beck, the president and chief product officer at SAP SuccessFactors, about what he says are some of the pros of AI being used in the workplace.
