GABBIN & GAMES

Playstation just wrapped their summer showcase  and we just wrapped out live stream.
You can find the whole presentation + pre and post show over on the YOUTUBE GABBIN+GAMES page. But I wanted to give you a wrap up of my overall thoughts, specifically as they relate to my overall view of the show, what this show says about Playstation moving forward, the new Wolverine game, and- of course- the first gameplay reveal for GOD OF WAR: RAGNAROK!

Welcome to episode #5 of the GAGA (Gabbin+Games Audio) Podcast!

Nice to see ya!

This is a big episode, mixing:

-New content (first part of the show)
-The Friday and Wednesday stream of last week

Hope ya dig it! And if ya do, please sub and rate and leave a review and all that nonsense!

Chat soon- hope to see ya on a live stream!

JAFFE!

A couple of callers hopped on the show last nite to discuss this fascinating topic.

And then I asked if it's creepy if a 50 year old thinks a 28 year old is hot...

Hey all!

On this episode (recorded Saturday August 7th, remixed into a pod August 9th), we talk about:

- PSVR2 leaked specs and the reason I think Sony may have finally found the way to make VR MORE than a gimmick!

-Onimusha Legends AND Director's Cut Updates!

-Deciphering the latest game design tweet from Cory Barlog!

-Back For Blood impressions.

-Sony's latest action may suggests they are not sure how to market RETURNAL.

-My worry- and excitement- over the Intellivision Amico!

-Lots more!

See ya inside the podcast :)-

JAFFE!

I watched The Suicide Squad this weekend.

It definitely stuck with me; can't stop thinking about it in some ways.

Which- for a superhero flick- is weird.

Let's discuss! :)

JAFFE!

Kelly passed away almost a year ago.

He was a giant in the world of game execs who started in the warehouse at EA and by the end had run 989 Studios, Sony Online, THQ, LucasArts, and more. Without him there is no Twisted Metal 2, no Jet Moto, no TM:Black (along with so many other games).

In this interview- part of a TM1 WATCH PARTY SPECIAL I did about 2 years ago- Kelly and I talked about why the Twisted Metal movies were cut (I finally got the TRUE reason after all these years), how Jet Moto almost bombed, the way SingleTrac tried to blackmail Sony into giving up the Twisted Metal license and SO MUCH MORE.

I miss ya Kelly- thanks for everything, pal! :)

Welcome to Episode 3 of the GABBIN+GAMES podcast!

This podcast is a blend of new material recorded on Saturday July 31st and the live stream from July 29th.

The live stream has been edited for clarity and pace and I've also added new audio to it in order to better explain positions and such.

Please check the topics out in the time stamps- thx! :)

JAFFE!

A parent's child took her OWN LIFE because of this toxic company.

Ok, allegedly.

But I'm more inclined to believe the state of California vs. a company that doesn't pay taxes some years, asks Americans to give them tax credits some years, and does China's bidding.
