Sequence number 2 is here, loosing my voice and all but I am here to share with you.

The journey we are on is for a reason, it’s how we choose to see it and what we take from it.

If we continue to ask stupid questions like why me? Why is this happening? That frequency is going to give me more of what I put out.

This episode is very personal to the cards I’ve been dealt and what’s more profound is I created this episode and I was tested to see if I had learned from this and I’m so humbled to share with you.. I held my own and leant into my power over the weekend and I didn’t let others dictate who I am and who I have become, who is she ? Strong, resilient and a loving mum and someone who has so much to give and that isn’t going to change because others choose to behave poorly.

I hope you hear in this that you too can do hard stuff.

Find gratitude learn from your hard

Get yourself uncomfortable TAP into vulnerability so much more comes from that.. than staying stuck and sad.

Learn and TAP into things to hold yourself accountable allow grace and realise you are only competing against you!

You can make a change and you can only change yourself you can lead a horse to water you can’t make it drink it, right ?

As much as you love and care, you may be an empath, so give it back to you and hold space for others that they can too, when they are ready!

I feel it more than ever through my hard!

How we are the ones that have been allowing peoples emotional immaturity and allowing there behaviours to control us!!

We need to learn emotional maturity, learn how to regulate emotion in a healthy way.. becoming aware of this and making a change to better your life starts with your decision and shift in mindset!

Adults can act like children, and as parents we need to help them better understand emotions as kids and it’s the same as adults only difference as an adult you have to choose to understand it and choose to action emotional maturity no one can do this for you, You can waste your energy and time but it’ll leave you burn out, why? Because you cannot control another person!

“I learnt the hard way”

I have been through the feels, emotional roller coaster,

allowing toxic relationships, from the frequency I was on… little to none emotional maturity, boundaries and always people pleasing no matter the cost, in the end the cost was my mental health!

You can make the change if you choose.

I go with what feels right and that moment was today on my morning walk. I am huffy puffy and pumping those happy endorphin’s pouring into a quick pod.
