Gabe Kozel is an entrepreneur and wholesale real estate investor in Pennsylvania and Florida. Before embarking on his real estate journey, he created multiple businesses such as his own clothing brand with his partner. Unfortunately, they had to split due to personal reasons.

After being sidetracked by different business ideas,  Gabe Kozel discovered wholesale real estate and stuck to that ever since he attended real estate conferences. One of the things that really helped him become a successful wholesaler was finding a mentor.

Automation and having systems in place are important, but Gabe Kozel recommends to learn the manual way. Going through the dirt and being able to close deals without the assistance of automation processes is an important skill.
