>Hello, friends of this prestigious @gems-community on the Hive blockchain. What was once the largest institution of higher education in terms of enrollment is now a place where silence, peace, and tranquility prevail due to the severe socioeconomic crisis that has plagued our Venezuela for many years now. I am referring to the Libertador Experimental Pedagogical University (UPEL), located on Las Delicias Avenue in the city of Maracay, Aragua State (Venezuela).

>
In the video we present below, courtesy of Professor Aníbal Aparicio—a specialist in the field of Biological Sciences and my classmate from 1994 to 2000—he sent me this unpublished footage of a brief tour he took during a visit to these spaces 26 years after we graduated from this wonderful institution, where, in addition to our friendship, we cherish the most beautiful memories of our youth.

>With great nostalgia, sadness, and melancholy, I share these images, which are not even a shadow of what university life was like in these spaces 26 years ago. See you next time, your friend and professor @gaborockstar.
