Today, past interviewees, Alessia and Catherine, interview me and find out a bunch of random facts. From why I started this podcast, Gabriella Weekly, to if I like pickles!

I talk to a sensational athlete, wonderful sports women and mostly a triathlon enthusiast, Izzy. She will discuss how crucial family is in sport and tell me about her very cool triathlon outfits!

I talk with Alessia (once again as she was great the first time) about how she has improved her sporting abilities and how she had regained her ‘greatness’. I also discuss with her how much she enjoys sport out of lockdown with her teammates!

Today I talk about why doing the average of 30 minutes of exercise everyday is so important. I also discuss with Chloe why you should always eat 5 fruits and vegetables everyday!

I talk about how inspiring athletes are not only on the pitch but also off it by impacting so many issues in our world. From campaigning against child food poverty to protesting for the environment, they are truly sensational!

I talk about homophobia in sport and in football in particular! I discuss the first ever gay footballer and what homophobia truly is. I then talk to Chloe and Alina about their experiences with homophobia as well as how we can prevent it!

An amazing basketballer, fantastic footballer and great athlete, Millie, talks to me about how football is a way to express herself and how inspiring playing with Troy Deeney was.

A great friend, fantastic swimmer and overall amazing athlete, Isabella, talks to me about why swimming makes her so happy and also explains her fear of what is beneath her in the sea.
