Following a career-threatening injury picked up in a club game last season, Ciaron O'Hanlon has worked his way back to full fitness and is ready for the upcoming club championship. The Killeavy and Armagh ace tells us his tale.

In this week's episode, the Antrim ladies football manager Emma Kelly is a guest on Take Your Points and she explains why she regards the past season as a positive experience despite not winning any trophies. The St Paul's woman also looks at how ladies football is developing in Ulster, and she also explains why she thinks female coaches don't get the top jobs. Gaelic Life columnist Kevin Hinphey is also on hand to explain why he wrote a column about how to grow hurling and the challenges that exist to stop this happening.

The girls discuss how the title was won, the challenges they faced and why they believe that they can be competitive next season when they move up to senior level.

In episode 49 Galbally's very own Paddy Tally joins the show to hail Tyrone's fourth All-Ireland Senior Football Championship victory. Tally was part of the management team when Tyrone won their first All-Ireland title in 2003, and he explains some of the challenges that the current team are going to encounter. But he also tells Ronan Scott and Cahal Carvill why he thinks this group have the potential to be very good.
