PART TWO WITH HANNAH TRAMMELL!

today we're all over the place but this is a barely edited organic conversation and i really just loved it as is. I did edit a few things, but not much was needed. I just loved sitting down with Hannah, shes so easy to talk to and relate to and i really enjoyed hearing her story and perspective on her life and journey as a woman, wife, mother and friend.

On todays episode I am so lucky to sit with my friend Hannah Trammell, mom of three, co-owner of Crestwood Pharmacy, spanish interpreter at Childrens Hopsital and dancing QUEEN. I had the best time and giggled so much on and off mic with Hannah. She has the most amazing and inspiring birth story and journey with her daughter Lucy who was diagnosed with Larsen Syndrome shortly after birth. DONT SLEEP ON THESE TWO EPs!

Today, a fellow podcast host sits down with me and boy do we YAP. Sloan Rhoden- Co-Host of Raised Red, Living Blue is here with me for a couple of hours and we go everywhere from childhood to present on MANY a topic. We're talking about coming out, being raised in the conservative south, social media and politics (mostly in part 2), having boomer parents and ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Its not everyday you get to chat with someone who is equal parts smart AND entertaining. Todays episode is filled with both hilarious rhetoric on politcs, spirituality and the world as we know it. English teaches me (and you maybe) about campaigning and all of the jobs needed to run one, PACs and why theyre important and not always evil, and so much more! I thoroughly enjoyed this chat with English and cannot wait for her to come back and teach us the ins and outs of local government and why your votes and donations matter.
