Each episode of Josh's Daily Brew is an alchemic blend of thoughts on books I’ve read, the esoteric world of health and fitness, some cryptocurrency dabble and the nature of consciousness.

BACKSTORY

Basically, I was fat. I made a decision to not be fat anymore and that decision changed my life. Obviously there is more to it, and you can read more here.

I post content almost daily. The reason being is that I believe each day poses different challenges and you have to be primed to meet those challenges by manifesting the pure presence in your heart. Most of the time it’s just me and my consciousness floating down a stream of thoughts that usually end up somewhere meaningful.

The goal of my content is not for you to be like, ‘wow, that’s true!’ and then do jack-shit about changing your life. The goal is for you to take immediate action to become a better version of yourself this very moment. My goal is not to be your guru or teacher but to be somebody that walks the path with you.
