These are the common responses I get from athletes;
All of these athletes play different sports, yet they experience the same thoughts, feelings and emotions towards their sport. What it shows us as athletes and as human beings is that we go through the same thoughts, feelings and emotions however, it is our own personal take or view point because of our past experiences in these sports that we have encountered.
For example; if you are in fear that you will make a mistake when you perform a skill, this situation where you have fear that you will make a mistake over and over will repeat over and over again. The reason for this is that you respond that same way over and over again. It's a pattern of behaviour.
But, what if you had a different approach?
And how could you approach it differently?
