With the resurgence of COVID 19 what can we expect with real estate.

It is obvious if you have been listening to the news that we are in a seller's market.  When we hear seller's market we also assume that if we put a sign in the yard your home will sell.  This leads many people to think they can take shortcuts.  Sure some may do this, but I am going to explain why you should not.
