Gaining confidence from your training! This is the secret sauce if there has ever been any. Confidence is the ultimate key in training. A lot of the time it is less about what you are doing and more about how confident you are in it. We talk about confidence from preparation, confidence from previous success, and confidence in your consistency as well. Another point we touch on is the individualism of confidence. Each athlete is different and gains confidence from different sources. As a coach we can plan for this and hit them where it counts! Lastly we talk about the side effects of confidence and truly finding a balance between confidence, arrogance, and contentment.
