Why are we so afraid of boredom today? Recently, I've been more aware of the fact that I subconsciously feel this need to be constantly occupied & entertained whether it's by social media or the latest Netflix show. My main goal? Avoiding Boredom.

To whomever bestowed this ultimate drop of wisdom upon me, I thank thee but also what the actual frick, dude? You're telling me I have to GO THROUGH all this pain to actually learn a lesson? This sucks.
