Diesel and tanker markets react to bombed Russian refining infrastructure

The 2024 CERAWeek by S&P; Global conference just wrapped up in Houston, where oil industry executives were talking up, often aggressively, the need for oil and gas to remain in the mix during the transition to cleaner energies.
