This is the first episode directly about the Free Planets Alliance and we get into a lot of speculation about that society based on what is on screen. 

This episode includes the birth of the Sad Boy Yang Gang, who debut by making multiple unexplained references to comic books. Mick is mean to the people who sing the FPA national anthem, while doing a particularly bad job at his own attempt.
