Things you may of missed on the run up to this week.
Series 9 writer news http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2060060
Moffat for two episodes two of which are two-parters
Toby Whitehouse for two-parter episodes
Gatiss for at least one episode
Catherine Tregenna for at least one episode
That leaves a few spots for newcomers or stalwarts such as Chris Chibnall.
The Gatiss episode according to cultbox is apparently a scary episode. Having written the most excellent crimson horror it will be good to see what he can do for an artist such as Peter Capaldi http://www.cultbox.co.uk/news/headlines/mark-gatiss-writing-scary-episode-for-doctor-who-season-9
As for the two parter from Toby well Steven Moffat: had this to say “An amazing guest cast for a brilliantly creepy two-parter … one of our scariest adventures yet!

Seems this excellent interactive experience has a marriage licence, so if you want your special day to be out of this world then set your time coordinates for Cardiff Bay. Of course you don’t have to be getting married to hire the venue if you fancy something

Douglas Adams’s Doctor Who script ‘City of Death’ is being adapted into a novel by author James Goss. It’s a book Douglas Adams was supposed to write. The serial aired on TV in 1979, and featured Tom Baker as the Time Lord and Lalla Ward as his companion Romana. ‘City of Death’ saw the Doctor and Romana in Paris before encountering Count Scarlioni – who is trying to finance experiments in time travel so that he can go back in time and save his alien ship.
City of Death will be published by BBC Books on May 21
