The Lord is incarnating Himself in you. Receive who He made you to be. Agree with Him. And the greatness of the pleasure of the Godhead will expand infinitely in you as life forevermore.
Each of us is created for You to give You glory, praise, and honor. You in each of us is unique and special. And if you can receive this—you are lovely to the Lord! He looks down upon you, not with eyes of disgust or indifference, but with eyes that say, “You’re lovely to Me! You are accepted in Me. You are greatly accepted and beloved by Me.”
It is Christ in us, the hope of glory! The life of God in the soul of man. Uncreated God living in created man, taking up His dwelling in us. Nothing thrills Him more than to do so.
Have Your resting place in us, Lord. I don’t want another version, a technological fix, a theological out, I just want You. I was made for You. All my goodness and glory is wrapped up in You.
“I am your Beloved. And you, My beloved, are Mine.” All immobility and all trauma and all brokenness, it’s all removed in the place of deeply knowing Him. The Lord has been digging down deeper, deeper, deeper, finding the foundation, proclaiming His goodness over us.
Our posture is not mustering up faith in faith to believe. We are just a receiver. I don’t have to drum up faith. All the manifestation of breakthrough is on the other side of this love, of knowing the Lord delights in you and loves you. Everything is contingent on this.
We thought it was all these different things, but it’s not. It’s the overwhelming rest in the soul that cries, “You delight in me. You long for me. You love me. I’m yours and I’m created for Your glory.” Everything is built out of that. This love of the Father towards us has been demonstrated at the cross by Jesus and on behalf of us. You are forever liberated in the Son—forever and ever.
The greater this indwelling Spirit takes up residence in you, with our will communicating with Him, agreeing with His message, the greater the light that’s in you, that comes from the light of the glorious face of Jesus Christ, will shine and break through your life. Everything in and around you will then come into agreement with the light that is shining through you. Everything that you are longing for—don’t set your eyes on that. Set your eyes on, “I’m desired, I’m longed for, I’m wanted by Him. He’s pursuing me, He’s longing for me, He’s coming after me!”
And then the joy and the increased pleasure of God comes down, because I am confident that I am found in this One, the Lover of my soul. He has found a resting place in me by agreement. All the adversity, all the trials are just Him removing all the hindrances, not giving us problems on purpose, but saying, “I’ve got to have you at your core of your being, I’ve got to have you as you really are, the way I fashioned you and created you. I want you the way you are. I like you just the way you are.”
But I’m weak, I’ve struggled. “I love you. Let Me have you as you are.”
We just turn our gaze up to the Lord and say I agree and this union connection comes.
If you’ve felt guilty about what you’ve done to yourself or to others, listen. Realize the depth of the love of God for you. The guilt will be washed away and the shame will go. Realize the greatness of the uncreated God who loves and delights in you. And the wisdom of the Lord will overshadow you. Instead of hatred and anger, bitterness and unforgiveness, there will be a beautiful love. The love of God will manifest itself in you. And no obstacle, no difficulty, no hardship, none of it can compare to the love of Christ dwelling in you. Then you can run free, and darkness must go, it must flee.
But I must know, “I am Yours! I’m here for Your will, for Your purpose. I was created and fashioned for you. I was made for You.”
