As we look at chapter 3 in a longer episode; Paul uses very strong words to describe the believers character and it may seem wrong for Paul to use certain words, but let’s keep that critical thinking in tact. Paul then starts to remind them of the beauty of the effect of The Spirit early on in their walk and how they have forsaken it for a lie. Then near the end Paul explains clearly the right understanding of the old testament and how the promise God gave Abraham is actually about them.
