Emprendedora tapatía con más de 25 años en la industria de la moda. Diseñadora y coach en fortalezas certificada por Gallup. Su trayectoria inició cuando ella tenía 17 años abriendo un taller de costura con marca propia y con el que posteriormente abrió 5 tiendas de ropa.

Su experiencia profesional es paralela en dos ámbitos: por un lado el diseño y desarrollo de producto y por otro la formación de jóvenes profesionistas.

Actualmente es Directora del IDEm en Guadalajara, el cual es un programa que está en convenio con el IPADE.
