    Everywhere you turn people are talking about the Coronavirus but as yet there have been no reported cases in Galveston county and we do encourage anyone who is feeling ill to please STAY AT HOME.  Based on the volume of visitors on the Strand, on the Beach, in our store and on our tours, there doesn't appear to be an impact as yet on the Island.  We've even talked to people who made the trip to Galveston because other events such as the Rodeo and sporting events were cancelled.
