Time management & prioritizing projects (Daily September 11, 2023).

Note: This may be the final "daily log" video I post. I have noticed limited engagement and I feel these topics are taking away from the quality of focus. Cheers to those who listened to those posts. I will continue to post but I prefer to try and post more valuable content with actionable steps.

Time management- Do you use time management techniques? Are there apps, products or strategies you use? Do you use a timer, clocks, study videos, daily timestamps?

Prioritizing projects- How do you prioritize? I used to work in a clinic where triage services were performed as a method of prioritizing who would get seen first. The only issue was, if a person was not having an immediately severe issue, they might not get seen that day. In order to assure that the less pressing clients would get seen, they were usually informed that if they returned to walk-in services up to 4-5 times, even if they still were not severe they would get placed on the calendar at that time for a definite appointment.

Task: Make sure you write down your to-do list every day. Check past lists to assure you are taking care of all required duties.
