Sabrina Alsaffar is a Canadian transplant who pivoted from international affairs to the most internationally followed game - soccer. Starting off her career in crisis communications and digital analytics, Sabrina has worked on global campaigns like UN Security Council Bid, The G7 Summit and the UN General Assembly. She led in digital analytics, social media strategy and advised 200 Canadian embassies and consulates around the world on their comms strategies. After moving to DC to complete her master's in marketing and communications, she found a new opportunity to pursue an old passion - sports. She is now the Senior Coordinator of Special Projects and U.S. Soccer, working on projects like SheBelieves and the 2022 World Cup.

Cicely's current 14+ year career has nurtured her expertise in sports facility management, catering and event management, budgeting and revenue forecasting, along with non-profit foundation development. She has worked in the sports industry for organizations including the Miami Dolphins, AT&T Stadium - Home of the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, Sacramento Kings, ESPN collegiate sports division and the 2020 Summer Tokyo Olympic Games. Cicely has recently accepted a position with Sportico as Senior Events Producer. In her current role, she is responsible for organizing and producing events for the global sports business industry. She is a part of the Live Media Events team that develops and implements the overall event experience, production budgets, and handles logistics from start to finish for each event across the SporticoLive calendar.

Cicely was born and raised in Oklahoma. She is a graduate from the University of Kansas (BA in Biochemistry & Psychology) and St. Thomas University in Miami, FL (MBA in Sports Administration). In her spare time, Cicely is a world-wide traveler and an enthusiastic marathon runner. She has completed a marathon on 6 continents; on the road to reaching her goal soon in Antartica of completing a marathon in each continent!
