They put the right combination of players and coaches together to build a cohesive unit that dominated their sport at the highest level, i.e. the Lakers and Celtics of the 80's ,the Bulls of the 90's, the Lakers and Spurs of the 2000's and the Warriors of the 10's, etc. Life was not smooth sailing for these dynasties. They had challenges to overcome, but the ingredients were in place for a legendary run. In marriage, you have to build and develop chemistry in three key areas, physical, mental and emotional. The more you develop and blend these ingredients, you will build the Greatest Marriage!
