When people describe games as "old school" it usually means that there is something design wise that calls back to former glory, but in the case of Operencia: The Stolen Sun, the word Old School probably doesn't do it justice. If I told you a game that combines Metorid and Pinball is one of the best games on Game Pass you probably would think I am nuts. But Yoku's Island Express is indeed that game and if you have game pass you should download it right now. Combing two genres that seem like they shouldn't mix, Yoku's Island Express is a game filled with beautiful locations, a soundtrack that will have you humming the tunes for days and game play that is fun and never frustrating.

Yoku's Island Express was created by Villa Gorilla and is available on Xbox Game Pass for Console and Xbox Game Pass for PC.
