Since the September 2019 massive students demonstration in front of the Parliament building, there has been a question concerning the formulation of law in Indonesia. Does the Parliament really create bad legislation on purpose or is it purely a coincidence (UU KPK, RUU KUHP, RUU Minerba, RUU Ketahanan Keluarga, RUU Permasyarakatan, and many more).
