Aspirgillosis is a deadly fungal infection that is a major cause of mortality in patients with impaired immune systems. The current standard of care has been voriconazole due to the favorable side effect profile compared to amphotericin. The endocannabinoid system is influenced by compounds found the Cannabis genus of plants and involves two compounds: cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Federal and state regulation is changing, so the medicinal and recreatoinal use of cannabis-related prodcuts continues to increase. Although not life-threatening, some patients may experience Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome. Fortunately, a narrative review outlines the causes and treatment to help get out the weeds of treatment.

The United States Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommendations for tobacco cessation have been recently updated.
