The OpTic Gaming vs EnVyUs final is almost upon us so we took the time to ask a myriad of fans who they think will win the final. OpTic fans are out in force as expected, but there were also a number of EnVy fans and one slightly confused guy who thought he himself stood a chance of winning.

Day four of the Call of Duty World Championships 2017 is underway, and it’s the longest day of the event. Matches go on until after 7pm EST, and OpTic vs Splyce is already going on with the green wall taking a 1-0 lead. We’ll be providing plenty of interviews and coverage throughout the day, so keep Gamereactor open for all of your Call of Duty esports needs.

FaZe shut down Infused in the second round of the winners bracket 3-0, and the only man on the squad we hadn’t spoke to yet was Gunless. We had a chat with him following their victory to hear his thoughts on that game and how they feel facing off against OpTic next.

Formal rose to the top and won it all on Halo, and now he’s on the path to do the same on Call of Duty. OpTic are the clear fan favourites and the squad is looking solid, beating Splyce and securing their top six finish. We had a short and sweet chat with Formal to hear his thoughts.

Luminosity were one of the top teams going into this event and while it hasn’t gone completely smoothly for them, they’re still in with a shot and have defeated two British teams in Fnatic and Infused so far in the losers bracket. They face off against Splyce in their next round and could knock out three British teams in a row from the tournament, so we had a chat with Octane after their second victory.

Day two of COD Champs 2017 being open to the public and more fans are piling through the doors. The winners and losers brackets are fully underway, and COD WWII is available to play once more. We spoke to some more fans and heard their thoughts.
