Returning to the moment before the parties split in the last episode, this time we follow the team of Baggi, Tristyn, Fisheye, Rykor, and Balaur as they explore a city a few of them once thought of as home but now... it is almost unrecognizable to them. Running into an old acquaintance, they are sent on a deadly scavenging mission. Will they succeed or be unable to retrieve the phylactery they need?

As various heroes are pulled from their realities, they are gathered together to decide what they plan to do. Guided by the mysterious Granma, they are spilt into two parties: one that decided to remain at Grandma’s Academy of Magic for the time being and another group who decided to return to Brench.

Unfortunately, due to some recording issues, we weren’t able to record part of the session. After the parties split, the story follows three of the adventurers as they explore Granma’s academy of magic. Together, they form the party called Infinite Gingerbread because they just can’t get enough of Granma’s delicious treats.

While snacking on gingerbread, Oaran was given a lead by his secret agent to find a man named Jim Aster. After a little looking, the party discovered that there are actually three versions of Jim in this reality. The audio returns as we rejoin the party in the process of interrogating the oldest version of Jim.

The Great Heroes have faced many challenges over their years of adventuring together. They never faced a challenge they couldn’t handle. That all changed when they were tasked to return a lost boy who had wandered off in the woods. That is where the party meets the mysterious figure, Granma and their entire world is altered after they learn of a new type of magic. As they struggle to comprehend this new reality, a few members of the party find ways to use it to their advantage.
