A new creative hub in Brussels
The launch of Games.Brussels space aims to bring together the community of developers in Brussels, providing a platform to share knowledge, collaborate, and support each other. Located in the Dansaert district, it enables to small teams to work together, share expertise, and resources.
The initiative has the backing of the Brussels city and is supported by Fabien Maingain. While the industry in Brussels has significant economic importance, the region still lags behind the Flanders region.
Open since early 2021, the Games.brussels space aims in recruiting new team members to be 30 co-workers by the end of 2023 to create a positive & creative emulation.
Upcoming events for Games.brussels
Games.brussels is the regional video game association of Brussels-Capital Region. It has a long history, starting with the Brotaru in 2014; a monthly meet-up for game #devs, organized every month in Brussels. It's a place where professionals, students meet up and exchange feedback on their work. And the BIG event (BIG Brotaru) is yet to come! The once-a-year edition - in May 25th - is a one-time opportunity to make a hit if you're an inspiring indie studio, or if you want to show your gaming demos.
