Learn to ONLY work with the willing … let go of those that won't do the work... do not enroll those that won't do the work... love them, but let them go until they are READY & WILLING. You rob someone else of the chance to fulfill their dreams through working with you when you work with the unwilling. You can hurt your business growth, your self-confidence, your value, etc... Learning to only WORK WITH THE WILLING will help you and your business move more and more in the direction of your dreams... AND, as importantly, both the willing and unwilling move in the direction to which they are destined!

When you doubt something or yourself, ask questions about the subject, learn about it, educate yourself, ask for help from someone you trust or admire, etc... there are many ways you can PURSUE YOUR DOUBTS.

Don't sit on the sidelines like everyone else when a doubt arises. You owe it to yourself and your constant pursuit of never-ending growth, to validate or invalidate your doubts.

ACCEPT your past. Learn from it, but LET GO of it.

You are here NOW... what's done is done... and only YOU are RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LIFE and what happens next. If you hold on, you stay stuck. If you let go, you move forward. It's as simple as that.

Simple, but not always easy... BUT simple nonetheless! Going into the new year, ask yourself, "Is it TIME to ADJUST to a NEW REALITY?" When you do, relief, hope, and new opportunities await you :)

Take a moment today to get present and gauge your level of commitment to downtime. If you're overwhelmed, running hard all the time and/or just can't seem to make time to slow down, here's 3 things you can do before you burn out: 1.) Sleep - get at least 6-8hrs. 2.) Vacation - schedule at least 1-2 weeks off every year; in the short-term, block 2-3 days every month where you simply step away and shut down to rest and revitalize. 3.) Breaks - take at least 3 breaks throughout the day. Walk, breathe, meditate, etc... just be sure you take breaks to clear your mind and reset regularly. If you want to get there fast, sometimes you need to slow down. Perhaps it's YOUR TIME for some daily DOWNTIME!

So... WHAT DO YOU WISH FOR?

Pick one way you can STUDY it. Then PRACTICE it!

As the great and late Jim Rohn advised, "TURN YOUR WISHES INTO STUDY"... and make all your wishes come true!

As John C. Maxwell suggests, focus on these 5 areas and you're on your way to being a Champion... to being YOUR BEST:

1.) Focus on Your Strengths.

2.) Focus on Today.

3.) Focus on Priorities.

4.) Focus on Your Purpose (and the bigger picture).

5.) Focus on Your Contribution (to the world).

Simply ask yourself, "How will you change the world?" Then, decide, commit, and act on it... you know it's YOUR TIME to Step Up and Make That CHANGE!

As Dan states in his book, "Faced with a significant problem or setback, many people simply give up on their dreams or plans. Instead, try treating problems as opportunities to be creative.

Realize that for every obstacle there is a solution. Discover the magic of searching for the Second Right Answer!"

Don't give up after one try... try again and again... after a setback, simply ask, "How ELSE Can I Do This?"... ALWAYS look for the right answer... sometimes, the SECOND ANSWER!

Pick 3 of these 12 areas to work on over the next year, create a plan with goals and timelines, stick to it and you will be well on your way to a better life and business.

Also, take all 12 areas and create 5 years goals so once you up-level the first 3, you can prioritize the next 9 and keep your momentum towards constant growth and improvement... towards CATCHING EXCELLENCE! You're a Champion :)
