See how a Yoga instructor taught Catherine how to stop "hoping" she'd find her balance, and rather "trust her strength and decide that she would!" A great metaphor for life indeed... "Hope" you enjoy today's show lol ;)

Some days will be better than others and sometimes your best on any given day may not be the same. Today, I was unable to work out like I wanted due to a pulled muscle in my neck. In fact, I almost didn't even go to the gym. Then, when I went to the gym, my strength was down. I was frustrated to say the least. My lovely fiancé and trainer, Leanna, looked me in the eye and just said, "honey just do your best with what you can today." I immediately shifted and accepted that what I had today was less than usual, but still good enough to get a good workout. And I did, and I'm happy I did! The important lesson in life is to always do your best with what you got on any given day... if so, chances are you will step into your greatness more often than not! To being your best today :)
Whenever we are chasing something big, there is always going to be resistance and fear. The antagonist will always rear it's head. Expect it. Embrace it. It's part of the journey to achieving anything great.
Whenever this happens, simply remember why you started, create and revisit your why list daily, and accept that resistance, obstacles, fear and the antagonist combined with making mistakes and failures, are all part of the process... and part of the bigger plan.
Remember, just beyond confusion, a setback, or resistance is a breakthrough... so keep going, overcome, persevere... and no matter what, don’t quit before the miracle happens!
As the song is titled, "The Choice is Yours" - you always have a choice to be negative or the be positive... You can get with THIS (positive) or you can get with THAT (negative).
Try it on, have fun with it, and I hope it helps you like it has helped me. Here's to you and your positive choices today!
In order to do anything great, you'll have to be willing to make mistakes and have failures.
Trust the process and embrace these opportunities to learn and grow. Then, get back up and try again, and again, and again.
After all, you're on your way to greatness and you're moving forward!
Check out today's show and a few steps on how you can deal with mistakes and failures. Change the meaning and change your future... as I like to say, "making mistakes makes Champions!"
So fail forward fast, continue to step up your game, and fulfill your dreams... you got this! :)
We all fall victim to comparing ourselves to others and/or at times thinking we're not good enough... what I like to call "The Imposter Syndrome."
This syndrome causes us to lose confidence, doubt ourselves, and sometimes even give up,
Additionally, when we compare, we despair. However, it's just as easy to compare and then dare to be great just like the person to whom we're comparing ourselves.
After all, this person paved the way and has shown us what is possible. We have a choice on how we perceive this comparison... one negative and one positive.
As champions, we must not "compare and despair", but rather flip it to "compare and dare" to be great!
Check out today's show and learn a few steps I use to overcome my imposter syndrome. And remember, you're good enough!!!

I love that quote from Nelson Mandela. In fact, I like to say that "courage is nothing more than the expansion of fear into something positive."
Fear will never go away. It is the one thing that robs us of our dreams, goals and desires, and it's the root cause for almost every problem and issue in life.
The bigger your dreams, the more fear you'll encounter. As such, we as champions, the chosen ones to play a bigger game, must learn to master our reaction to fear; to leverage it in a positive way.
That's right... Leverage Your FEAR... so when it hits, you Step Up Your Game!
Check out today's episode and learn my 4 steps to "Friend Your Fear"... hope you enjoy and here's to you being a Courageous Champion today!!
