As I suggested to my client, here's what you can do to CREATE some EXCITEMENT towards achieving your next goal. WRITE a FUTURE LETTER to yourself. Write in the state of mind that you have completed your goals for the next 3 months, 6 months, or whatever your timeframe may be. This will help you to EMBODY and IMAGINE what it will feel like when you complete your goals.Listen to my example letter, and see how I congratulate myself and talk about how proud I am to have completed specific goals.Do this POWERFUL exercise for yourself. Allow this letter to remind you what it will look and feel like to complete YOUR FUTURE goals. SEE and BE your future first... gain that CLARITY, gain that CONFIDENCE and create that EXCITEMENT. Write your future letter so that you simply increase the chances of it happening... significantly! It's YOUR FUTURE... It's GAMETIME!

We move from failure to survival when we are CONSISTENT, but when we get to survival (that first taste of success and progress) we can start to feel COMFORTABLE. Think about a time when you had some success in your life or business, started feeling a little too good about yourself, and then STOPPED doing what you did to get there. It's called COMPLACENCY and it happens to the best of us. When you stop doing what got you there, you start to LOSE YOUR EDGE... your success. You regress and continue to play the failure to survival cycle over and over again. However, when you do the things that got you to that point of success, and KEEP DOING IT - you become an OUTRAGEOUS SUCCESS - simple, but not easy. MAKE CONSISTENCY YOUR MOTTO and Just Keep Doing It!

If you have an attitude of success, you are already successful. SUCCESS IS A STATE OF MIND! There are always people there to pick you up and help you. Sometimes, we adults need to be reminded what it’s like to be young, vibrant and positive with unbridled hope and faith... just like Apollos Hester. Watch this video and connect to that part of you that knows you can finish strong! When you truly believe you can win, you will! It’s GAMETIME!

As a result, Paul and I came up with this great formula... the 3 R’s for STARTING OVER and MAKING A COMEBACK:1. REALIZE - Become aware that you have to do SOMETHING.2. RESOLVE - Decide, no matter what, you are going to make a comeback. 3. REBOOT - Recharge and Ignite yourself to make that comeback using the I am "ABEL" formula:ASK FOR HELPBE GRATEFULEVALUATE all the positive possibilities and outcomesLAUNCH your comeback, your dream, your new way of lifeThe most important thing in making a comeback is to BE CONSISTENT. Show up every day and BE CONSISTENT. There are two joys in making a comeback. First, You get to know yourself in a deeper and meaningful way you never have before. Second, You begin to realize YOU MATTER and have impact. It's Your Time. What are you waiting for?? MAKE A COMEBACK today!

Remember, Resistance is a sneaky bastard. It will creep up on you, tell you lies and hold you down if you let it. However, action will always trump Resistance! The way to break through is to make the commitment, feel the Resistance and take the action anyway. So... BEAT RESISTANCE TODAY - DO the WORK... It's funny how easily ACTION silences Resistance!

In the spirit of Aj's words, perseverance and acceptance... DON'T RUSH the process... TRUST THE PROCESS!

Sometimes, we encounter a storm in life and business. And when it hits, we step up and work harder. However, that same level of strength and desire is always inside us. We don't need to wait for the storm. Make it a point today to remember when you battled a storm. See it, feel what it was like and what you did to overcome and persevere. Lock that feeling in and then remind yourself that you can call on those parts of you regardless of any storm. Your inner strength is always there! So just PUSH FORWARD my friends!

No matter what we do, playing small or going for it, there will be pain. Just remember, the pain of change is temporary. It comes and goes… and yes, sometimes it is extremely painful. Ask yourself, is it worth it? The answer is usually yes! CHANGE IS WORTH IT.However, the pain of remaining the same hurts every single day. It grows as the days go by and can lead to so many horrible things, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and worse, giving up and settling for average. The pain of change is so much more worth it. The pain of remaining the same weighs tons. You will suffer pain either way so you might as well choose to be great, follow your dreams, and SUFFER THE PAIN OF CHANGE!No Pain, No Gain - it’s GAMETIME!
