In order to make your wish your command and get what you truly want in life, business, health, relationships, etc... your focus needs to be on strengthening your mindset much more than just skills and knowledge. 

Without the right mindset, you can never make full use of those skills and knowledge anyways. 

Focus on what you think, how you think, what you feel, and how you feel. Think well and Feel well... Now. 

Do that every day and your wish truly becomes your command!

Simply ask yourself these 3 simple questions and you're on your way to making all your wishes come true! 

The goal is to be honest with yourself and aim to score a 10 on a scale of 1-10 in terms of your willingness to learn, grow & sacrifice every day. In doing so, your wish truly becomes your command!

In the words of my main man Ralph Marston, "when you make full and resolute use of it (your time), ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!" It's about Time... It's YOUR Time... so use it well... It's GAMETIME... and YOU know it! Go get 'em!!

It's not easy, but it is fairly simple... you have a choice... to make an excuse or to make a change. Life happens. You're not perfect. You'll make mistakes. You'll have failures. You'll be challenged (some much more than others). It will be hard, especially if you play a bigger game. And... it will all be worth it in the end if you make the changes necessary to live up to your true potential. Don't give up. Always keep going. Man Up and Woman Up... the Champion inside of you doesn't make excuses... he or she makes changes!

Ask yourself, "what rational lies are you telling yourself and others around you? Where do you need to get honest, make a new decision and get going on the 'rational wise' train?" When we get wise and recognize our rational lies, we have an opportunity to strengthen ourselves and those around us, create a higher self-esteem, increase our confidence and ultimately, Step Up Our Game in Life & Businesses. So let's flip those "rational lies", step up and get wise today!

As a Champion and Leader in your own life and business, always trust that you know what's best for you. Absolutely listen to the experts, leaders, mentors, family, friends and colleagues, etc... gather the necessary skills, training and information... and then tap into your heart and soul, listen for the answer, and trust what you hear. Your heart & soul combined with faith will always know what's best for you. Trust It! Trust You!! And Know Your Way Today!!!

I learned from the best in George and have always done my best to send a hand written note when appropriate. To be reminded of the power of a hand written letter by Peter and to see Peter leading by example and giving more is so inspiring. To know that my High School is in such good hands is a great feeling. To receieve a hand written thank you is an amazing feeling as well. Let's take a moment today to send a hand written letter to those we lead and whom have helped us on our journey... and let's remember to continue to do this "thing" so we too lead by example, go the extra mile and step up our game in leadership!

While everyone else is coasting into the end of the year, distracted by holidays and parties, and taking their foot off the gas, you have an opportunity to set a different tone and a new standard.
