She has a podcast, "It's More Complicated Than You Think," about the complexities of human problems and how to solve them. She also maintains a blog, Mentally Speaking, about current events from a psychological perspective. A pragmatist at heart, Ms. Belson makes up analogies, idioms, and 3-step strategies to provide solutions that are easy to understand, remember, and apply. She calls these mantras and is working on a series of "Mantra Books" for anxiety, communication, parenting and self-esteem.
