This time we get the chance to speak to one of the most accomplished and decorated strikers from the whole island of Ireland Gary "The Belfast Boy" Hamilton. Gary has won multiple kickboxing titles including being one of the most recognisable world champions in the sport. Gary has fought all over Europe and shared the ring with some of the worlds best stand up fighters. Gary talks about his career from amateur to professional and discusses his final trip through the ropes as a competitive fighter. This was an utter pleasure spending time with Gary hearing tales of how he was dubbed Dirty Gary by the legendary Ernesto Hoost, and the all Belfast clashes with the tough and gritty Aubrey Tarr. We can see Gary being back on the show in the near future as we had so much to discuss.
